A Vintage Twist

Hey guys! I've gone back to my favourite style in my latest post...Vintage!

I feel I must confuse a lot of my followers, as I don't have a 'signature style'. I literally wear whatever I like, or feel like that morning. I used to really dislike the fact my instagram account wasn't all perfectly matching like other bloggers. But my life is not monochrome...so I can't reflect a style that isn't mine on something as personal as my IG. I love having days where my look is simplistic, tonal and matching. However, on the flip side I also love to stand out and wear bright, clashing colours. The reason I'm mentioning this now, is when I shot this look, a immediately thought to myself, arghhhh I've just done a simple, Scandinavian type outfit, how will people react to a sudden change. Then I remembered that I started my blog to inspire people. I know that I may change my look more than most, but I hope at least some of what I wear will inspire some people to step out of their comfort zone, try something new or just be themselves and have multiple styles!

So on to the dress. 'The dress of my dreams' as I like to call it. This is from our boutique www.catwalkkilla.com and when we chose to buy this I knew I had to keep one for myself! What can I say, it's just perfect. It's very seventies, which is a trend that will last way after S/S and into A/W15 so it's a great transition piece. It's a mini but not too short. I paired it with my face Topshop gladiators to give it a modern twist.

Another busy week at Catwalk Killa HQ, we've been working with some lovely bloggers and we can't wait to show you the results very soon!
